1) Set up your online account, including your default tuition schedule.

You may enter standard tuition rates, special rates (like rates for special groups such as employees, church members, multiple children, etc.). Once a family registration is activated the standard tuition is calculated automatically. You may go to individual family accounts and adjust the tuition based on your customizable criteria and/or tuition assistance.

2) Load parent & family information into the system.

This can be done one of two ways: a) you can give us the data electronically and we will import it into the system and get it set up, or b) parents can register for school online and set up their account that way.

3) Now you're family-ready. Families can create an account or visit their account to view their tuition & fees bill, set up their custom payment plan, or apply for tuition assistance.

Most parents will choose the auto pay method. A few days before the tuition payment is taken from their account they will receive email notification that the payment will be charged to their account.

4) The money is transferred into your bank once the parent payment clears their financial institution.

The process is also simple.

1. We provide you with as many applications you need for your families
2. The families go online (mail and fax are also available), pay for their application, complete their application.
3. You receive an email notification that the family has completed their application and their report is ready for viewing.
4. The report tells you clearly how much the family can afford to spend on tuition each month.
5. Using the worksheets online or in the manual, you can quickly determine how much aid to give to each family.
6. Two options are available to make life easy for you: Standard or Information Verification.

Standard Processing

We provide you with all the tools and information you need to ensure that the information provided by parents is accurate. When appropriate, you may print out a notice and send it to the family requesting that they verify unusual items on their application.

Information Verification

We verify all the major portions of the family's information, starting with tax returns and pay stubs. If any of the information provided appears unusual we will request the information from the family and verify its accuracy. (For instance: if the family indicates that they spend 40% of their monthly income on utilities.)

When tuition aid management (CFA) is combined with tuition payment management (CFS), you and manage both or either from one location online. No need to jump between programs or services.
